A group of 25 women in El Fasher formed a cooperative with support from our FSL program. They received training in business management, small loans, and livestock care.
Today, the cooperative runs a successful poultry business, providing income for all members and affordable eggs for the community.
“Together we are strong. We support each other and our families,” says Mariam, the cooperative leader.
