When Halima experienced complications during her pregnancy, the nearest health facility was over 50 kilometers away. Without access to emergency care, her life and her baby’s life were at risk.
Our mobile health clinic arrived just in time. The medical team provided emergency obstetric care, and both Halima and her baby survived. She now regularly visits the mobile clinic for maternal and child health services.
“The mobile clinic saved my life and my baby. I am forever grateful,” says Halima.
