Mohamed, a 10-year-old boy, lost his parents in the conflict and was living with his grandmother in difficult conditions. He had stopped going to school and was at risk of child labor exploitation.
Through our Protection program, Mohamed received psychosocial support, school supplies, and his grandmother received a small business grant. Today, Mohamed is back in school and dreams of becoming a teacher.
“I want to teach other children like me so they can have a better future,” says Mohamed.
